Mum what’s snow?
Why?
Because I’ve never seen it.
Mum, what’s a tree or a bee?
A bee is an animal and a tree is nature.
Mum why is the sky blue?
Why?
Because it would look better if it were green
Mum, why are spiders wriggly?
Why?
Because there’s one crawling up your leg.

The majestic creature
Walked out the cave
It had golden fur
And a magnificent mane
It walked across
Pacing back and forth
Roared at the cave
Another one came
The same golden fur
She walked elegantly
Without a mane
She eyed the lion wearily
‘I will take care of them’ she said
As the lion left
Three little cubs
Came out next
All playing
With each other
As the lioness sat
Watching them
Each were as beautiful
As their parents
With playful smiles
They tugged at each other
And a painful smile
Tugged at the lioness’ mouth
Possibly wondering
When they would grow up
And take care of themselves
She would have to see them go
While they played
The male came in
Grinning wildly
Holding a hunk of meat
Between its teeth
And the children pounced
On it
As the family sat comfortably
In their little cave
Enjoying the meal
Once I went to the zoo
and I saw a monkey being fed in bed.
My mum brought the dog,
he saw a bone and he groaned in sadness.
Dad saw a food place
and his mouth stared to drool
It made me feel cool.
Time to go home and eat dinner
with my dad and mum, too
and then time to sleep
I feel happy and I want to be
a zoo keeper when I am older .
Sad emotions moist eyes
Coz missing a person who is my life
My fighting partner who is a gangster
My crime partner that back bencher
My bench partner that snatcher
Who stole my things much faster
From holding hands in the ground
To punching a face in the crowd
Dreaming together looking at the clouds
And then proudly laughing out loud
The shoulder I used to sleep on
Is now what I am craving for
Coz unfortunately she is on her way
But for which I have to walk a thousand miles
That eye contact and smiles
Those epic jokes in my mind
Those bunking places we used to find
We were so lit & kind
My biggest support indeed
She is the purest soul whom i still believe
And a list of haters lead
Who don’t understand our insanity
People say we were slayers
And the attitude is still famous
She is still my best friend, my everything
Yes you heard right, my everything
Its lame but she’s still stunning
