My grandfather is a farmer and he has a big farm
He will take care of crops daily and never do anyone harm
There is a big mango tree and on its branches is a nest for a robin
I’d love to climb that tree and one day I will
I took my paper and pencil, so I could draw the tree
I think my grandfather is free so I can buy an eraser
Suddenly it started to rain
I’d hoped for an eraser in vain
But it is also for our farm and our carrots need water to grow
“My boy don’t be sad,” my grandfather said patting me on the back
“We can buy it tomorrow.”
