It’s Not Fine To Sit On A Porcupine

It’s Not Fine To Sit On A Porcupine by Neal Zetter (Troika)
I can imagine these poems go down very well when performed to an audience of enthusiastic juniors. I hope that’s what happens to them (Neal Zetter is billed as a performance poet), because if it isn’t, it should be! They are energetic and fun and most of them tell a good story. Some are just a little derivative (You can’t take a goldfish for a walk) but many are interestingly original (He was an orange man, Had a fake suntan; There’s a dead baked bean in the microwave).
