This will be a short review – because this is, quite simply, a charming book of cleverly-written poems with rhymes that work because they’ve obviously been worked on and rhythms that never falter because the author clearly knows where she’s going! It’s a pleasure to read something by a proper professional. There’s not a weak poem here. Lovely. TUC
