we’re going to York!
we’ve had so many talks,
I can’t wait to see,
what a great place it will be.

we will see Danelaw,
and so much more,
we’ll see an alley called little Shumbs,
so many adventures, yes there will be tons!

we might go to a gift shop,
so much to carry, hope we don’t let them drop!

we’ll be Archaeologists and dig for bones,
and be a Viking and maybe study some old stones,
Anglo-Saxons are important too,
ohhhh there’ll just be so much to do!

this is the year five residential,
this trip is so essential!
so much to do,
so much to learn,
this trip can be so sleek!
it’s just next week,
