WW2

by Kacper Jura aged 12

As I look in front of me:
Men from all over
Were falling over.

As I look in front of me:
Blood was dyeing the grass ,
And men kept dying because of the gas .

As I look in front of me:
Grenades and bullets demolished
the hopes and dreams of many,
And many people dead, just like private Benny

As I look in front of me:
Fierce Nazis are running towards men with bayonets ,
Oh, here are the Soviets .

War is a serious matter that nobody should forget,
as so many tears and sweat was injected
into Europe and the world.
We will never forget .
