Part Two
We danced on the Moon,
We played on Mars,
We slept on Jupiter,
We ate at Mercury,
We sang on Pluto,
We swam in Uranus,
We slept on Neptune,
But then the next morning it was time to go,
I got my Valentines,
then we packed the luggage,
And then we sealed the door.
We flew back to Earth in are little rocketship,
And then gave my parents a quick phone call,
I said we landed safely and we hope to see you soon.
Hi Samuel. I’ve left your ending off, as you will see. Because it’s a cliche – so many poems end like that. So I would like you to suggest two better lines to finish it, please. Could you do that?
