The Treacherous Tornado

by Gabriella Stone aged 10

The wild, whirling, winds whistle
One can demolish a town alone
Ready for battle
Never underestimate its power
A monster of destruction
Deadly as a tsunami
Outstanding funnels of air

It growls, destroying everything
as it whirls round and round.
Whistle, whistle CRASH!
Buildings collapse.
Everyone runs like a herd of elephants
thundering through the tortured town.

Is this the end…?
