Parents are the light of our eyes
They guide us at every step.
They change our nappies,
With all our poop (ewww!)
And ration out toffees and chocolate too
Mummy can be a little strict,
Daddy can betray her rules,
But together they make the most wonderful parents
Their light
Is brilliant and bright

It is magical and just right
In that light we shine
