Majestic creature, all powerful,
Swaying in the current,
Others are oblivious of
Its elusive violent torrent,
It poses, it preens,
Mesmerizing its prey,
Naive victim becomes drawn in,
Unknowing their life ends that day,
Because beauty is not all good, at all,
Fluorescent colors hide the demon within,
Deceiving many an animal,
Committing many a sin,
Because, when it seems the most lovely day,
The wind at a lowly stream,
A shocking sting, the wind just sings,
In chorus to the throbbing scream,
The lightest of touches, like a feather,
Renders the victim frozen,
For its satanic power and black magic,
Remains to harm unbroken,
An eerie silence fills the sea,
As the breathing suddenly stops,
The waves turn to stare at the sea,
The breeze just suddenly stops,
There it goes, swanning away,
With enchanting grace,
Inconspicuous serial killer,
Murder without a trace.
