I am the sky, quiet and deep, tucking the stars in before they sleep.
I am the wind soft on your face, carrying snowflakes from place to place.
I am the candle warm and small, guiding footsteps through the hall.
I am the gift with a secret inside, wrapped in love and ribbon tied.
I am the tree tall and grand, sparkling lights across the land.
I am the gloves, soft and snug, wrapping hands in gentle love.
I am the fire bold and bright, a cosy glow on a snowy night.
I am the carol sweet and clear, singing of love for all to hear.
I am the wish dancing in the air, a quiet hope, a whispered prayer.

Lovely poem. Do send it again in December when we ask for Christmas poems.
