My Sparkly Box

by Belle Bridgett aged 7

I will put in the box
The shiny whiskers of a Persian
A violet tree made out of luna
A summer song of a nightingale
A ruby stamp from the Royal Mail

I will put in the box
A scarf of snowflakes from the Himalayas
Rainforest weather set up in layers
A face of a totem pole
A battling tiger’s soul

My box is fashioned from black and blue
It is covered in silvery dew
Attached with diamonds all so new
My sparkly box

This is really a very god poem, I have read some of your stories, but this is the best. I look forward to reading more poetry from you.
