“Bang”
Everyone was scared
I hid in a hole in the ground
My nose could smell smoke
Then I closed my eyes
Dreaming that I would be safe and sound
After I made a wish that I would survive

Next I peeped to see if they were there
Of course they were here
As scared as a fly that’s about to get squashed
Luckily they didn’t spot me
Thank goodness I made that wish

All of a sudden I had a lightbulb moment
It was an escape idea
I got up
And told everyone my idea
I went to the Barbarians

Next I distracted them by annoying them
The Barbarians followed me into a house
With the key I locked the Barbarians in
Everyone went out of the camp
If we’d taken any longer we would have been caught
