The wailing of the ghost in the woods.
The howl of the werewolf.
The creaking of the coffin lid as it opens.
The cackle of the witch laughing.
The rattling of the skeleton bones.
The hissing of the cats.
The moaning of the ZOMBIES!!!!

The crinkle of sweet wrappers in the sweet bowl
The crying of the children all so very cold
The shouting of kids saying TRICK OR TREAT?
The creek of the door opening- is there something to eat?
The tapping of foot steps, it sounds scary
The whispers of people wanting too see, but are they worthy?
The BOOM of the feet when children jump in the air and shout BOO!

The bang as the football hit the brick wall.
The screaming of the children.
The squeaking of whiteboard pens.
The grunting of all teachers.
The shouting of children having a blast doing sports.
The flicking of paper in school books.
The typing of computers.

Just to say
I have eaten
The licorice
Which you were
Probably saving
For when I was at school
Forgive me
It were so delicious
So sweet
So chewed

The roar of a lion when he saw a child
The snap of a crocodile when his meat came
The bang of a gorilla punching his chest
The stomp of an elephant as he walked
The ooh ah of a monkey whilst he swung among the trees
The howl of a wolf when we had a power cut
The zoom of a cheetah as he ran by

The groan of a witche’s laughter
The creak of a coffin lid
The cackle of a ghoul ghost
The rattling bones of a skeleton
The howl of werewolves
The shriek of a tormented zombie
The sigh of a lost sprit
The ghastly moan of a ghoul
The midnight hissing of a werewolf
A bloody wail.

At my school
I am a dork
But people see me as
Lots of things
I am a:
Dork, nerd, geek and a freak
When they say I’m
Super weird
I just back off and
Let them be mean
No friends
My life is just a bend

The candy in the bucket crackling
The door creaks as it opens
The old house crying
The buckets shuffling
The skeleton’s bones rattling
The zombies groaning in the dark.

The burrrrr of the horse
The fierce roar of the tiger
The hissing of the adder
The laughing hyenas in the wild
And the splashing flamingos in the stream.
