I have a set of magic crayons
From which I can draw anything
From a small crab to
A beautiful pair of wings

I can draw the rainbow
I can make another Sun
I can even make pizza
Or something smaller like a bun

I can make beautiful candles
I can make dogs and cats
I can make dresses and shoes
And bangles and hats

I can re-make the Universe
Or re-create the Earth if I want
Or stick to making sushi
Or better, a free restaurant

I can make ice creams
I can make nuts
I can make flats
Or small huts

I can make whatever I want
But as I want nothing…
You’ll never see the magic
Of my imaginary magic crayons!!!

where the sea is purple
and such things as bright green sand
is possible
in Codie’s Wonderland

In my dreams, in Codie’s Wonderland
I was a magical mermaid
my hair was purple with shades of blue
with shell clips and sparkling glazy green eyes

In my dreams in Codie’s Wonderland
I was half human; half mermaid
with long shiny wavy hair
and shiny, slippery, sparkling fins
that glowed

In my dreams, in Codie’s Wonderland
I sit on rocks singing
flapping my sparkling tail
and making new sea friends.

I swim and swim through the purple open ocean
swimming and splashing
with dolphins, fish and whales

I wonder
is there such a magical magical place?

I went to the zoo one sunny day
I met some animals, hip hip hurray.
I saw tigers and lions roaaaaarrr
That was the end of my good day

I went to the zoo one rainy day
All the animals were locked away
Monkeys, tigers, none out today
We have to come back another day
