A four letter word:
That holds a whole part of me.
Some say it’s an obsession
Others claim it’s a feeling,
But to me
It’s a mutual feeling between people .
Though it might seem wrong,
I do believe and live in it,
A connection, a generation all bonding on this 4 letter word.
You came in my life
Created the greatest and most awesome impact
At some point you taught me the importance of Love.
I surely thank the heavens for having you in my life.
Once I woke up
I was in a white land!
I call it the number 1 snowflake.
I called my mom downstairs
Mooooooooom! Can I build a snowman?
She came upstairs with a 2 hats, 2 scarves and 2 sets of cloves!
It was amazing!
The floor was white and freezing cold
The blizzard had come and started bold
It moved in from “The North”
and decided to go forth!
St Nick was free in November
His part came in December
He was the one who brought the joy
a little gift for girl and boy!
The trick to have a cosy season
Is to understand the real reason
So here I sit right now with my
hot chocolate and warm mince pie!

Lies in the hay you should join
The three wise men and hurry to see
Him without delay you’ve never seen
Anything like it, you will always remember
This day the glory of God is amongst us
His stable, his very first home
The glory of God is upon us, the stable his
Very first throne
Glory hallelujah, sing God’s praises
Glory hallelujah, peace on earth
All God’s promises through out the ages
Come together in the Saviour’s birth
Christmas is fun but not always
Some people cry or moan because they don’t get presents
All of us like Christmas
All we need for Christmas is friends and family.
We are so grateful, thank you to Jesus and God.
Some people at this minute have been dumped on the floor to starve
So now you listen to my poem, please help people get off the streets
and invite them to your Christmas dinner
We could end up homeless one day
Christmas is here,
We’re all full of cheer,
Jesus is born,
Christmas tops are being worn,
No matter where you go,
There is always a little bit of snow,
Get ready for rocking around the
Christmas tree,
Make sure you leave Santa
A big bottle of Fanta.
Have a very merry Christmas.
When you receive a Christmas letter,
You fill with hope and glee,
You jump around and spin about
The lit up Christmas tree,
You open it filled with magic that is Christmassy.
Life is just like chocolate,
Sometimes it’s sweet,
And sometimes it’s bleak,
But you need to remember,
You should be grateful,
And make your life tasteful.
If life is like a box of chocolates
You don’t know what you’re going to get,
Yet…
I stare at white
And I feel empty
Like a whitewashed wall
Clean and fresh
I can start again
I feel at peace
Like somebody
Starting a new life
I sigh
And I stare at white again
Calmness washes through me
My hand rests against me
It’s just like
I have started anew
Look at the day shining bright,
Just look at the Northern lights,
What a beautiful sight,
Let’s go outside.
