We would stand there for hours,
Talking – laughing,
We stand there edging closer,
Staring into each other’s minds,
We’d smile and gaze at each other,
Silence and quietness,
We’d stay as if what felt like a second,
But was actually much, much longer…
We’d chat about random stuff to keep the conversation going,
But that we liked each other – that was worth knowing,
We’d wonder each day, if the other felt the same way,
Till one of us thought – I must ask…
Does she like me?

My Very Own Cart
I have a cart
It’s very old
Coloured bold
Full of mould
Super cold and it’s just got sold
Festive Dates
1st of December – watch the magic unfold,
5th of December – never gets old,
10th of December – the lights turn on,
20th – not too far!
24th – the night of Saint Nick
25th! -Christmas day! Time to open gifts,
Eat a meal with turkey upon your dish,
Sparkly tinsel mounted on your tree,
Mounted upon with pride,
Xmas cheer throughout the day,
Xmas joy all the way!
The Boy Who Was Rich
Once upon a time there was a boy called John…
Sorry, Atifa. This is really a story I think. And a little bit violent for us.
Elf Kisses
With little elf eyes watching you
There’s not a lot that Santa misses
So to help you be your best day
Here’s a bunch of sweet elf kisses
My Brilliant Spell!
A dead rat under the floor.
A poisonous mosquito that lived in the war.
A slimy potion from a haunted scientist’s house.
A bird’s feather from a mouth of a mouse.
A scaly frog’s skin that shines in the dark.
An old smelly sock found alone in the park.
Half a dead snake’s head from the cold river.
A dirty doll’s hand from the sewer.
Stir the mixture with part of a feather.
It will make you quack quickly forever.
I Will Fight for my Mother God, and my Family
This is a story, not a poem!
When there’s trouble for my mum
I will fight for her even when she’s attacked
I will do my job.
I will survive for my mum!
When there is a problem
I’ll attack for God
If the Devil was against him
I will fight the devil.
I will survive for God!
When there’s an argument
I will sort it out to make a proper family
because we have THE POWER OF ONE!
Christmas Morning
I wake up early to see what’s under the Christmas tree
To see what is there for me
Maybe? A toy from Daddy
Or just a card given to me
From my Brother
Or my Mother
We give to one another
The Countdown to Christmas
We wait and wait all year long
For a magical day,
Surely the best day of the year,
Where presents lay under the tree,
Through the night before,
Only if you’ve been good,
A magical character in red hood,
Slides down the chimney,
With a bag of gifts all for you.
You left out some cookies and milk,
He gobbled them up in a flash
To make a quick getaway
In his sleigh
He feeds the reindeer ,
And whoosh he’s off,
Ho ho ho,
A merry Christmas to all,
And to all a good night.
