Market Day
Today is the day
The day for food
I rush through the street
With my big hairy feet
Golden bananas
Ripe apples
Tasty fruit for everyone
Now this day is finished
I will like it to by market day, everyday
And I run through the Street
With my big hairy feet
Witches Stew
Bubbly wubbly witches stew,
Don’t mix it up then I may cook you,
I will gobble you up and drink you down,
you might even end in a very big frown,
Bubbly wubbly witches stew,
I drenched her in water, then shouted wooohoo,
next I will boil her and pull out her bones,
after that I think I’m going to grab some phones,
When she’s ready I just can’t wait,
I’m going to call one of my mates,
I bet I’ll make loads of money,
because my witches stew is very yummy.
Gymnastics
Gymnastics practice
Yet again!
Mum and Dad watching,
Nit-picking coaches,
Always improving.
Samuel, my brother, watching me ‘flic’ and
Tumble on the track.
I feel like I’m flying
Crossing my fingers that I’ll land on my feet
Sophie Long, budding gymnast!
‘Twas the Night before Halloween
”Twas the night before Halloween when all through the house,
Not a creature was stirring – not even a louse,
The pumpkins were placed outside the house to scare,
The monsters away with their glowing-gold stare.
