In upside down world you can hear
a drum that has a LOUD beat,
you may hear the stomping of feet,
with people grooving,
and with cars moving.
It also has an upside down house,
and a lurky mouse
Poems
Nightmare
There’s a zombie under my bed
he’s definitely not dead
his shadow is black
I’m just looking at my rack
His face is red
he’s still under my bed
my door has a lock
I just heard a knock
There’s a zombie under my bed
he’s still not dead
please help
oh, my dog just done a yelp
My Toy Tsom Tsom
I got toy tsom tsoms from my birthday
They are really fun to play with
Get some for your birthday
Play, play, play, play and play.
Horrifying Sounds
When you’re walking about in upside down world
you will hear the drum beating,
you may, as well, hear from the distance
the sound of feet stomping.
In upside down world you will hear the screeching of cars moving
and with people in the night grooving.
This is my amazing sound poem, hoped you liked it

Dear amazing poet of cool
I read your poem book when I’m in my pool
I even got told off at school
For reading it too much even though it’s cool
I got the book taken off of me
I cried so much I needed a wee
I said I got it signed when I was only three
She then gave it back to me with a CD
She said sorry and let me read all day
At a point she let me play
At the end of the day I went away
I realised that I got my way
Kind Regards,
Hollie Wooltorton.
Songs
My little sister is aged four
Her favorite song is in summer
Olaf sings it and he is her favorite character
He laughs and plays as Olaf from Frozen
My other sister is aged seven
Her favorite song is Build it High
she has sung it at school for song day
Her whole class has sung it she got so inspired
I’m aged nine and 3 quarters
My favorite song is Don’t Mind by Kent Jones
He dabs all of the time, also dances all of the time
That’s how I like him, I’m so inspired.
My Story
Gabrielle Adebanjo, that is my name,
The background of my story,
Has always been the same.
I was born into a family of happiness and love,
Until my mum and dad just finally had enough.
I was a young child when that happened then,
But look at me now,
I’m seriously ten.
It’s been four years and I haven’t seen my dad,
To be honest,
He really drives me mad.
My mum’s working hard,
Doing all her best,
I’m trusting God to do for her the rest.
Christmas
When I woke up,
I was in such a rush,
It was Christmas Day.
I thought that I saw Santa
Do you want to hear the poem?
One night I had a fright,
I wondered what is was,
I looked everywhere
But forget it was Christmas Eve
I needed a drink,
I went down stairs slowly,
As slowly as ever,
Guess what I saw?
Father Christmas .
The Magical Dream
I had a dream
Flying like unicorns
Up into space,
Having so much fun,
Eating all the Nuttela
My Sister’s Almost Death!
My sister means a lot to me.
But I’ve never really thought,
About the dangers she could get into like
Cars rushing through the streets!
Cliffs falling into the river!
My sister doesn’t know.
Because my sister’s different.
She doesn’t really know,
Things like rushing cars!
Death!
Deep Water!
Falling off buildings!
Even washing your hands!
My sister doesn’t know!
My sister doesn’t know a lot of things,
Even though she’s oldest!
I’m like the big sister.
And yes I know she’s 12!
But my sister has a disability,
That no one should really know.
She’s Autistic and she doesn’t really know.
My sister doesn’t know.
My sister find things hard like
English, Maths!
Science, topic!
Handwriting, speaking!
Listening, touching!
Seeing, Reading!
History and PE!
My sister doesn’t know.
I know it seems funny.
But really it’s not to me.
If you got to know her,
She’s just like you and me!
My sister doesn’t know.
One day my sister got out of bed,
Unlocked the door with Mum’s keys, and found her bike!
My sister doesn’t know!
She peddled round and round the roundabout,
Where we live but then she thought,
Why peddle round the roundabout when I’ve got the main road!
My sister doesn’t know!
So she peddled down the lane,
And onto the main road.
She looked at the rushing cars.
People honking their honky horns.
She thought again I want to do that!
My sister doesn’t know!
She went out onto the road.
And swerved in and out of all the cars.
Suddenly a car stopped, they were mum’s friends.
My sister doesn’t know.
They stepped out of the car,
And said we are taking you home yay!
My sister cried with joy.
And she got into the car.
Her bike got flung in the boot.
And they got back in the car.
My sister doesn’t know.
They rushed her home quickly,
And knocked on our heavy oak door.
I answered it and there stood Jess.
My sister knows.
We thanked Mum’s friends a lot.
And invited them in for tea.
They blabbed about everything.
Then the heroes went home.
My sister knows.
I don’t think they should find a cure,
Because my sister wouldn’t be my sister.
I love my sister and I don’t want her to change.
My sister doesn’t know.
