My Secret

by Ignacio Casas aged 14

My secret lives
in my brain
locked up.
It feels
small and light
inside an anchor
deep In the sea
but takes a huge place
in my brain.
It makes me want to
get up and run
Run the fastest I can
Feel the burn in my legs
and keep going until
they fall off.
My secret
bounces around in me
It tastes
bitter and sour
The colour of my secret is
a mix of strong colours
Red, black, green, orange
With a rough spiky texture
The object would be
a knife
deep in my body
unable to get out.
The secret stays with me
Locked up
forever
in a box
inside my brain
