From the solid ice
on a mountain,
I emerge. I go
down the mountain.
The view on the
way is a black and
white picture. I
never go up,
only keep going down.
I’ve reached
a forest now.
It is as green as
a leaf hanging
on a tree, waiting
to fall. I keep
going downwards.
Sometimes fast,
sometimes slow. I
never go up,
only keep going down.
I reach a waterfall
and fall downwards
as fast as a man who
is scuba diving.
Somehow, I survive.
A little while away,
I’ll reach the ocean
where I’ll tour the earth
till the end of my life.
