isolation is a devastation
we could be on vacation
we could be visiting another nation

lockdown makes me frown
I’m not allowed to go to town
I can’t play in the playground

social distancing is the new thing
we can’t stand together
we can only ring

I know this doesn’t sound cool
but I kind of miss school
can’t even go to the swimming pool
