Everything goes in India,
A little crooked, a little straight,
Scooters zooming through traffic,
As if playing ‘Need for Speed’!
The tea seller says—“Brother, it’s hot!”
The customer says—“Give me a little for free!”
The shopkeeper laughs and says—
“For free, you only get advice, and even that’s limited!”
Here, at weddings, there’s so much food,
That lifting your plate is hard,
And relatives ask—“Have some more!”
As if your stomach is some big truck-trailer!
Cricket is like religion here,
Every street has a Kohli,
And when it rains, the streets turn into
A free ‘water park’ gang!
This is the charm of India,
Laughter, noise, color, and love,
A little chaos, a little ingenuity,
But from the heart—simply the best!
