In the sunsets above where he now may rest,
As my mum’s brothers laid in their own nest.
Peaceful and sweet, loving and care,
My grandad need not worry
about his gorgeous locks of hair.
He was a great man, a bundle of fun,
he never liked the so-called drink rum.
He would always be silly with me,
when i was wee, we climbed up a tree.
I love him dear,
oh how i wish he was near.
From orchids to hugs,
to his favourite ladybug.
