Exercise keeps you fit
so we need to do our bit.
Run on the spot for 30 seconds
That is what kinesiology reckons.
Squats, push ups and star-jumps
Exercise works out your rumps.
Burn up the calories and the fat.
Don’t be lazy; don’t be a brat.
After the toil, it’s time for a respite
Then eat foods that are lite.
