Faith is a trunk with a latch
The trunk is full of value and hope
It is full of mystery for you’re not aware of a catch
Before deciding to delve in you must scope
out the the risk of revealing the secrets inside

Faith is full of the unseen and unknown
As well as trials and joys
Without it, though, you’ll be all alone
But God is helping you keep your poise
Without faith you would be doomed forever more

Faith can’t be seen, but you know it is there
God has written your name in the book of life
You did it by asking him into your heart through prayer
Now share his love with everyone, never showing any strife
All of it will be yours if you take the trunk and pull out your faith
