As Diwali comes near,
The house is filled with love and cheer!

When Diwali comes clear,
It is going to be the happiest time of the year!

We celebrate with delicious sweets,
And welcome people in our home with a nice and welcoming treats!

We light fireworks that go crash and boom,
We light lovely diyas for bright colourful blooms!

As Diwali comes to an end, we are sad to let it disappear,
But there will be love and joy again next year !
