We open up our calendar door,
We start the countdown to 24.
Beautiful houses decorated with lights,
Christmas is such a cheerful sight.
Loads of trees, maybe pine or fir
Are getting put up in houses first.
Santa will arrive and enjoy his milk and cookies
Then hide the presents under the pretty Christmas tree.
