All For Our World

by Janvika Nair aged 10

The melodies bend
The stories end
The painted brush strokes disappear
And there will be no fear
The lake sparkles when the sun hits
And the tired explorers sit
The archaeologists reveal the precious things they found
The rain drops hit the roof making a sound
The candles light up
And the shops give our fancy cups
The canvas holders twirl
This is all for our world
