First Poems

Mr Snow covers the ground with white snow,
He makes snowballs for me to throw.
Mrs Sun makes my cold ice cream melt,
She makes me sweat.
Mrs Rain does a little dance every time she hits the ground,
She wets my hair.
Mr Wind knocks on my window,
He blows my hat of my head.

When we go to bed
I imagine I am in a rocket blasting off to Mars.
When we go to bed
I imagine I am famous.

Jack that’s a peck
Jack in the hat
Cat in the park
Love the Pack
Fat cat at on the road saying
I love pizza
Jack the Cat in the park
Saying I want to be with a family
But no-one answered back
And a Cat in the Hat said
Home Alone
So I left the house and went on the street
and got ran over buy a car jack
Jack the Cat was so fat
You didn’t even move

Love all your family
They give you all their care
I love you in there
Peppa family
I love you so much
But they don’t like when you don’t behave
Don’t misbehave
Or your family will tell you off
Totally family
Family always there

I have prickly socks
They feel tight
They give me a fright
And they just don’t feel right

Families are big,
Families are small,
Some families
aren’t big at all!

was going to the forest
but a tiger
was chasing her

I am a flower
long and strong
I suck water through my roots

Silver leaves on shimmering trees,
From the full moon’s greatest light.
It was so bright that it didn’t feel like night.
My silver sparkly dress gleamed like the rest,
As I danced under the silver moonlight.

I sit down with a lullaby,
here I am,
with a a soft lullaby
just for you.
