First Poems

My garden has lots of trees
I went down to the bottom
And there I did see
A little door
Under the tree
Out came a fairy
Glistening as can be.

I tried to play a tape
in the video today.
I pressed it to play
but instead of pictures on the screen
all that I got were fuzzy lines
as twisted tape got tangled in the slot!

The day I became a nerd I did not like chicken nuggets
All I would eat was candy
People were coming up to me and saying
How can I be a nerd?
So if you want to be a nerd
Come to me

My brother or sister is coming soon
We will eat lots and sleep soon
If it is a brother we will explore more then ever before
If it is a girl we will dress up more then ever before
We will have lots of fun together
We will make lots of giggly memories together

In the morning I wake up my family and me
We have breakfast
and play in the garden
Then we play a game
We have lunch after that
Then we play outside again
We have tea and then we go to bed

My granny is just like me.
She slurps her milkshakes just like me.
She paints pictures just like me.
She hunts wild animals just like me
She eats boiled eggs just like me.
She wears pink pyjamas just like me
and bedtime she puts her teeth in a cup
Just like me.

In the morning middle
where the sun is rising up
clouds drifting from one side
to the other side

Next week I am going
to Disney Land Paris for 4 days
I’m going for my birthday
because it’s my birthday next Monday.
There is going to be a MacDonald’s there.
I can also meet all my favourite Disney characters.
I can’t wait to go
I’m so exited.

Life can be dark,
life can be light,
all can be calm,
all can be bright.
though it’s the end of the day,
I must go,
