There is a party in the jungle!
Here is the cat,
Saying meooou!
Here is the dog,
Barking loudly,
Here is the elephant with monstrous glasses,
Drinking water from the pond,
Here is the bunny,
Squeaking softly,
Here is the wolf,
Screaming loudly,
Here is the zebra,
Full of green grass in his mouth,
Here comes a strange sound,
ROOAAR!!!!
Here comes the king of the jungle,
Every animal bows to him,
ROARRR!!!
Everyone shivering and shuddering with fear,
He sits on the throne,
His face is not that clear,
No one knows his mood,
He is very sad,
And sorry to say,
We cannot live in this jungle anymore,
He says,
The monsters,
The bad guys,
The criminals,
The….the…ones….what shall I say?
Cut down the trees and kill us, they may
Where will we live,
Homeless!
Let’s set off,
Far away!
What party is this? They say

Cat get off the table!
Cat get off the chair!
Someone needs to sit down,
You shouldn’t be there!

Don’t go in the bath,
And don’t go in the sink!
Cat get out the toilet,
it’s not for you to drink!

There was once this lion
he was fierce and very cruel
but every single night
he went into his pool

Deep in the forest
Leon was seen
dipping in the pool
and not being clean

All of the mice,
scattered to him
Leon thought it was nice,
to chuck him in the bin

There was a horse that likes to be a boss.
Everytime he was happy he would like to do the floss
I ride the bus to school each day
I pass the same horse eating hay
The horse is spotty grey on white
His ears and mane and tail are light
The horse loves to run jump and kick
But most of all he loves to give me a big fat lick

The little bird played on the shrub,
then he went to the swimming club.
He always slept on the couch
with his wide open mouth.
He liked to eat sunflower seeds
with his friends, the yummiest treats.
The little bird enjoyed the dance
and pranced in the street of France.

The creatures of the rainforest
Are in an impossible battle against mankind
They can’t win
Humanity is too strong
We’re hurting them
The vulnerable, hopeless animals and trees, dying
Species of animals are becoming extinct
Trees are horrified, frightened as we arrive
We’re slaughtering these amazing creatures
The trees
They’re dying
Because of us.
Monkeys watching, still wandering the empty landscape
Flames flickering around them
Their home cracking and creaking in agony
Imagine if you came home to a barren wasteland
Would you like that?
The innocent creatures are dying
Destroyed, gone, forgotten

Exotic wonders that we admire
Fly high and low
Multicoloured and vibrant mistresses
Attract our kind

The Empress of all insects
We watch in awe
The mythical creature flies above
With its dazzling wings

Tremendous wings
Show their species
Defining their glorious type

The kind humane insects
Worship for themselves
Landing on us to rest
And when we tell them our wishes
They fly them to be made
“Bye bye… butterfly”

The cow goes moo,
But it has a spoon,
To eat all of its cheese with
The cheese is cheddar,
But tastes like leather,
The cow’s worst nightmare.

I met a little hummingbird
She lost the words to her favorite song
And now she flits from flower to flower
Humming all day long

Have you ever seen a dog?
I’m sure, that you’ve been out in the fog,
I had been snug,
I went out for a little jog,
Until, I found some cogs.
