Close your eyes
You just imagine that you are alone
and there are fruits and flowers everywhere
and there is the lake
and you just want to go for a swim
and relax
as your body is floating on the water
and your looking at the clear fresh sky.
We have limited time till our animals die,
We need to stop but it’s getting too much,
If we don’t think of our animals we won’t have any to talk about,
Please stop, it’s bad for the planet,
Save the animals before it’s too late
Have you ever wondered why you forget so many things?
Sometimes it really stings,
But here`s a story of a forgetful day…
I was ready for school, my bag was packed (or so I say).
I sat down in my place,
My bag a bulging case,
I stretched my arm and said ‘Miss, I forgot my pen,’
I think I left it in my den.
‘We are doing complicated multiplication today!’ she raged
I know how to do this, but it would not come out on the page,
I told her and she whacked me about the head,
‘Stupid girl,’ she said
It was time for lunch,
My box wasn’t there, oh mum, thanks a bunch
The sandwich was rotten and the cookie was stale,
When I got home I was very pale.
‘Hi sweetie, your back already, how was school?’ said mum
I stared at the wall,
‘Well?’
I replied at last, ‘It was like being in a prison cell!’
C oronavirus spreading all around!
O h, such a scary time!
R ushing and bustling to the shops and to work!
O utside? We can’t go there!
N ever outside, never having fun!
A lways social-distancing!
T rust me, this is horrible!
I can’t handle the pain of staying inside anymore!
M aybe it’s for the better!

Life is hard but we are safe
Our house may be boring but you don’t know
Can we change this
Kick the ball in P.E.?
Do this stuff, follow the rules, please be happy
Oh, change this world and have some fun
We are changing but we are all looking forward to the end where parties start
Now we all know we are safe together
The Summer Holidays is fun, and full of lots of sun
Summer brings us nice warm sun, for swimming, fishing and lots of fun
For finding seashells in the sand, for sunbathing to get a tan,
To do all these things and more
At the beach and on the seashore.
Okay, I have no amazing besties
like we are BFF’s or something
What do I do?
Change school and move on in life…?
