Sunny weather and smiles,
Picnics in the sun,
Rabbits hopping around,
Insects flying and scuttling to and fro,
Nights are shorter and days are longer,
Girls and boys outside,
Tails of kites in the air,
Inside and outside,
Mums, dads and children enjoying the weather,
Earth is great.
What should I pick,
A fish that’s seasick?
No, maybe a dog,
Or maybe a frog!
Maybe a cat,
No, I think maybe a rat.
Maybe a parrot,
Or maybe a rabbit who doesn’t like carrot.
Maybe I’ll take them all,
And they can have an animal ball!
I cannot ignore the goings on I dislike;
I cease to believe they are true.
But why, oh why must I stress over such annoyances?
What is compelling me to do so?
It would ruin my pride not to dramatise my viewpoints,
Especially beside others.
It would appear I am experiencing a sentiment of content –
I feel secure and can blend in with those I support.
Oceans shine through your heart,
you feel happy.
Waves throw water on you
and you feel you are in the sky.
Don’t forget your friends,
if you fell they would catch you.
A friend that helps you in sad and happy times
is pure gold to have.
When i grow up I’d like to be…
A good gymnast
With a grand talent like Gabby Douglas
Or a wacky writer,
With a wacky pencil and paper
A friendly friend
with a fantastic bow,
or an active actor
with an active stage.

Tomatoes do the twist
Cucumber is too cool for this
Lettuce does a Latin dance
Onions spring and prance
