Project I have to make every week.
Well I am still happy Squeeeeee.
I always need to find ideas.
What about a house made of vanilla?
This week I am making a candy world.
So what, we need some girls.
Okay, we will start off with the house.
But remember, I don’t want a mouse.
Let’s see what my project will end up like.
Hmmm… I hope there is not a spike.

At the seaside, everything is beautiful.
The sea twinkles like the stars
And the sand is light as a feather.
Everything is beautiful and everything is fine,
Let’s have a lovely rest in the sunshine

They may not talk
they may be furry
they may be hairy
they may have claws
they may have paws
but they still have lives
so they should to thrive

Save the animals
don’t go to malls
and buy clothes
made from animals
They may go meow
they may go ow ow
Animals are worth
saving too

The Butterfly’s Lie

by A. H. aged 10

Have you ever seen
a bumble bee
flying out to sea
or maybe a bear
with orange hair?
Whatever you have seen
even if it’s a talking bean
it will never be like
the butterfly
who told a lie.

You may have seen
a snake
baking a cake
or maybe a bunny
whose ears looked funny
but it will never be the same
as the butterfly
then flew up to the sky
shouting, Bye bye
and told a lie

Impossible Acrostic

1
by Mary Eve Alane aged 9

Impossible acts Sarah performs,
Managing to make a potion that helps her transform,
Putting fire on her arrows, she was still unprotected,
Oh, what a surprise, she was also blindfolded,
Since Sarah’s trick often fails,
She received a round of applause, when she succeeded, from behind the rails,
In a moment, Sarah happily took a bow,
Benny, a man from the crowd, unexpectedly exclaimed, “Wow!”
Looking back, Sarah realised she was perfectly capable,
Enchanted, she learned nothing is IMPOSSIBLE!

Lost for Words

by Mary Eve Alane aged 9

I glimpse out of the safari truck, wondering what I may see,
Two majestic and beautiful lion cubs playing together happily,
Near them is a herd of little zebras grazing,
From a distance and close up, they look soft and amazing,
You can’t miss the giraffes eating leaves from the tallest trees,
Oh, how juicy and delicious are these leaves that they seize,
Down below them, are the ginormous hippos swimming in the lake,
Sometimes, they feel so relaxed, they can’t stay awake!
You can’t forget the fierce and strong crocodiles,
They love meat, and to find it they will swim miles,
Back on land are the sneaky hyenas that travel in packs,
Because they are lazy, to catch their prey they use group hacks,
Oh, how well this extraordinary safari went,
I was lost for words, I really enjoyed this event!
