“All hail, great master! Grave sir, hail!”
Ariel would obey in detail
“My liberty”
Ariel would request with desire
“To thy strong bidding, task Ariel and all his quality.”
Ariel would do for a master, some positions higher
“Thou didst promise to bate me a full year.”
Ariel would complain, clear
Allsorts
The Tempest
T:owards the horizon
E:astern way,
M:inding the waves
P:eople on their way,
E:ntering the ring
S:oaring the day,
T:owards tomorrow on a death ray!
Ariel
“My liberty” that’s all I want
But Prospero just wants to hunt,
“Is there more toil” I would ask and ask,
But our promise is in the past.
I did every task, instruction, quest he said,
It feels like I’m being torn into shreds.
I am way below him in the chain
So all he does is give me pain.
But being his servant, I should obey
And never should I betray,
He freed me from the tree
So I will always agree.
A Tempest
The Tempest, a gruesome brutal storm
Formed by a magical soul
This creature may take any form
This storm was out of control
A massive wave some fire and smoke
Non were harmed but many were frightened
But little they knew that it was but just a joke
As the sun came out the day began to brighten
The folk were soaked
But they were definitely alive
Though some were provoked
They all happened to survive
Macbeth Sisters’ Spell
Crunchy horse hair and booger of a pig,
Slashed eye in the skin of a fig,
Crunch and burn sizzle and shake,
Let this cauldron bubble and bake,
A decayed frog’s tongue,
With a splash of cow dung,
A dead man’s vomit,
A moth-eaten bonnet,
Brain of a wolf falls into the pot,
Let a heart of a lion boil and rot,
Let this caldron bubble and boil,
Let this spell, take its toil.
The Puppy Poem
I met a puppy
puppy said woof
puppy asked can you woof?
I said I think I could
I woofed
the puppy was pleased
puppy said can you do it again, please?
I did it again and again and again
and puppy got tired
I said hey puppy
do you want to stay at mine for a while
puppy said no, my owner will not be pleased
if l go to stay with someone else
I’m sure she won’t be happy
I said, oh well bye then see you in a few
puppy said I hope so too
we can do kung -fu
Up to Villa Park!!!
One day me and my family
went out to Birmingham to see Villa play against The Foxes.
The Foxes fans looked like they were in boxes.
The match was a thriller, but we lost, that was a killer.
It was amazing even though we lost.
In the first half Villa was winning,
it was like no one was there
and they were running in a line.
I thought of a little poem while watching the match.
It goes a bit like this ah hu hum…
Villa are a thriller,
Foxes are running in boxes,
Villa are a winner
Foxes are a killer.
This is why we’re a winner
and they are in the binna.
There is Power in the Flower
There is power in the flower,
Do you know what it is?
It tells you how many hours,
I think it’s his!
